For your convenience we offer a range of delivery options.

Courier Service: With our courier service you receive your parcel before 5 p.m. the next working day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. will be dispatched the following working day. Shipment is made via APC Overnight, one of the most reliable, secure and cost effective overnight parcel delivery companies in the UK. Delivery charge is calculated according to the weight of your products. Please note that since APC Overnight does not deliver on weekends, if your order is placed on a Friday, it will be delivered to you on the following Monday.

Royal Mail - Special Delivery: Royal Mail Special Delivery is offered on all purchases weighing 2Kg or less. Orders placed before 3 p.m. will be delivered the next working day before 1 p.m. Orders placed after 3 p.m. will be dispatched the following working day. Please note that we do not offer Special Delivery on weekends, if your order is placed on a Friday, it will be delivered to you on the following Monday.

Royal Mail - First Class & Customer Collection: Royal Mail First Class postage is offered on all purchases weighing 4Kg or less. Orders placed after 3 p.m. will be dispatched the following working day. Please note that postage and courier charges are priced on delivery to mainland UK. Additional postage charges will apply to the following postcode areas: TD, DG, KA, ML, G, FK, KY, AB, PH, DD, PA, IV, KW, EO, PO, and ‘offshore' Scottish Islands, HS, ZE, KW, Channel Islands (JE and GY postcodes), the Isle of Man (IM postcode) and Northern Ireland (BT postcode).

5) Warranty and After Sales Service

Our no-quibble 15 working days' money back warranty, beginning the day after the goods are received, means you can return your purchase if you change your mind. 

Please ensure that the product has not been used and that it is returned to us undamaged in the original packaging, along with all accessories and instructions; all we ask is that you pay the return carriage costs (with insurance). All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for a period of 12 months, unless otherwise stated, from the date of delivery.
